Woodside Free-Range Eggs
Our Woodside Free-Range eggs are a great favourite, with bright yellow yolks and a lovely fresh "eggy" flavour that you simply won't find in supermarket eggs. The secret is simple - lots of fresh air, sunshine, room to roam and first-class feed.
The hens are rotated between paddocks to keep the grass fresh, and live in small housing groups to avoid the social stress that can occur in commercial-sized housing. The hens always have access to food and water, and can go outside whenever they like. We believe that our hens should have natural, happy lives - after all, they are important "employees" of the croft, producing a steady supply of top-quality eggs all the year-round for our customers.
